Yah, but the bar was pretty low.

She was a good mom when I was a little kid but she absolutely could not handle having a teenager who had opinions and some pretty serious mental health issues. Then she just kinda tapped out.

They're so, SO much worse than the migraines I used to get.

I hate it and I hate feeling like I'm always complaining but holy fuck it hurts today.

Anyway, thanks for reading this. 🖤 I just needed to vent before I try to learn math for homeschool today with an invisible ax in my skull.

My fibromyalgia and my occipital neuralgia are besties and they seem to flare up together.

Sometimes I can go weeks in-between headaches. Sometimes I go weeks without being able to get rid of one.

Massage? Makes it worse.

Nerve blocks? Doesn't last and can't afford them.

My head barely touching the pillow feels like I have an ax buried in my skull.

Having hair hurts. Putting it up is excruciating.

I've tried Tylenol and Advil, sleeping, not sleeping, a hot pack on my shoulders/neck, kratom, cannabis, and a hot bath.

Nothing helps 😕 I need guillotine.. it's the only solution I have left.

I'm joking.. but also I'm not. Idk if you're aware of what occipital neuralgia is, but it fucking sucks.

Listening to my bf and his son laughing and nerding out together is my favorite thing.

This man is a good dad. It's one of the first things I fell in love with about him. He's been parenting on his own for most of his son's life and they have a very cool bond. It makes my heart happy.
