This is an opportunity to spend some time in nature, exploring this ancient woodland and enjoying the beautiful autumnal colours. We will meet at the Mid Calder entrance to Almondell and Calderwood Country park, just off the car park. We will then follow the path towards Calderwood and explore the circular, yellow waymarked hazel Trail.

These photos were taken just over 4 months apart! Morven's calf has grown into a chunky little lass and is growing in confidence now she's back in the hill enclosure and meeting visitors every day. And Morven herself is in excellent condition but has grown the most peculiar set of curly antlers! 😂
