Paradoxically, at the working level, cooperation between Americans and Europeans in the 2025 NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP) has been excellent in 2025, with the new capability‑targets package delivered three months early.

Paradoxically, at the working level, cooperation between Americans and Europeans in the 2025 NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP) has been excellent in 2025, with the new capability‑targets package delivered three months early.
Re: the U.S. NSS and upcoming NDS—my question is how important these docs will really be in the DC natsec. ecosystem, especially vs. past versions, given the deconstruction of the usual interagency process.
