I was born in 1978; Return of the Jedi came out in 1983; Clerks came out in 1994. During those eleven years I never once heard an adult talk about Star Wars other than family members talking directly to me, until I heard Randall and Dante do it. I feel like this is impossible to convey to people now
That’s an affirmative. SW was DONEZO for a long time. Come 1997 they tried to retcon it as this thriving fandom. I mean people liked it but it was in proportion to new movies coming out. I mean T2 felt like a much bigger deal than any SW movie. I could be wrong though.
Yes. Similarly the more chilled out the more I’m into it, like 5 Watt World or Ask Zac. Low talking chilled out vibes is where it’s at.
Idk I think there’s a difference (I hope) between posting β€œwow Ready Player One is a fun read” or β€œman that show Louie is great” and getting a Nazi tattoo.
Joe I’d buy a ring camera for you childhood home if’n I was you πŸ‘€
Kids aren’t stupid enough to take a spot like that seriously. Like do you honestly think a kid over the age of 4 would be like β€œok you I’m going to drown my sister now”? Gtfoh. If a tv show is all it takes to make a kid commit attempted homicide it’s probably NOT the tv show’s fault.
WWE ain’t family friendly either I mean come on now let’s all be serious here.
