I regularly wonder how businesses and individuals will cope when the banking system gets hit. Those of us who experienced ’ye olden times’ of mostly paper systems are gradually being lost to the workplace. It’s a skill we probably need. British Library attack is a good case study.

I found this very insightful but it’s a female perspective, which may not be what you need (given the female experience of pursuing diagnosis is different, most early criteria and research being male focused).

I torched all my socials except my FB, which I haven’t used in years. I need to go in and bin that too. Just can’t face it. We were sold them as one thing, then they became something else.
