Going back to the city tomorrow and I'm sad. I wish I didn't have to go but I already stayed longer than I'd planned. Gotta get serious about cleaning for inspection as soon as I'm back.

I've only had one in the last couple years for my thyroid (also on synthtroid). I'm gonna ask my psych once I see them again if I should have it done again but they haven't said anything recently.

I gotta watch my sugar also. I don't eat a ton of it to begin with but I've cut out h@lo T0p, n00sa & other stuff. Mostly cuz I can eat only eat burritos for the most part. I'm gonna ask my dad to test me next week.

Risperdone didn't work for me but it's a good med from what I've seen. 2 weird side effects to watch out for though are br3@st enlargement & lactation. That happened to me and idk if lactation happens in amabs tbh.

Which ones did they go with if I may ask? I'm on geodon, trazodone, Doxepin and triliptal. They've helped with mood swings & "snapping" quite a bit. Also insomnia.

The only real git gud game I play is Silksong. I've stuck to the mandatory bosses mostly because at my current level they're challenging but not hard (if that makes sense?) so they're still fun. I'm not touching the optional ones. I've watched my bf beat them though.

I'm barely ever hungry anymore. I was able to cut my cals down from 1200 to 800 recently & I haven't noticed any difference. If I end up going up on my Geodon restriction will probably be even easier. I was so scared this med would make me hungry ironically.
