I'll have longer thoughts later, but this paints a fairly bleak picture of how the general public sees Sci Fi.

Luckily, we have Romantasy propping up the whole SFF umbrella.

Just found out that they've axed the Retro Hugo. Obviously it wasn't getting much interest and added more paperwork but

A) it was an optional extra
B) there were only two missing years left

Could we not fill those gaps?
