The one thing to be careful: there’s a lot of technicalities in both wall balls and sit-ups. And on previous competitions I’ve gotten “no reps” on both moves, so gotas be careful with that. Biggest mistake in sit-ups is you gotta touch your toes, this why I said touch the beans earlier.

Competition WOD 3 practice

10:00 AMRAP
“Waterfall style”

P1: 10 cal row, then P2: 10 cal row
P1: 10 wall balls, P2: 10 wall balls
P1: 10 sit-ups, P2: 10 sit-ups

Score total reps: Did 170 in the practice round. This felt easy for me so I think I can push harder at the comp!

I thought they were gonna interview some of the other Spice Girls at some point. They had Mel C in the one for David Beckham, but none of them here. That’s the only think I felt was missing.

You know? I’ve always been a stan for her, she got attacked first by Spice Girls fans for launching her solo album and then for not signing anymore, jeez people! Let her be happy and be a fashion goddess!
