Calling Reps/Senators who aren’t yours does more harm than good.
You are -
- clogging communication lines
- not a constituent they’re accountable to
- diluting the impact of actual constituent messages
They only care about who can re-elect them.

Every one of voting age needs to be calling their Reps/Senators, relentlessly. Yes, even you in the red states like me.

Ever since I started up on anti-depressants again, I feel like everyday I'm going through a new emotion. Everything feels so wobbly and disjointed. I know it's a normal process but I also don't feel normal because I can't comprehend what I'm feeling at any given time

Rare selfie. One thing I hate about going back to work after the long holiday break is having to shave my beard. I feel most like myself when I have it and shaving it feels like getting rid of a part of myself. It’s a good look on me, right?
