NFHA’s 2025 Fair Housing Trends Report reveals that discrimination remains both pervasive & persistent, with 32,000+ complaints filed in 2024. But even as discrimination rises, federal support is being withdrawn. The path forward requires collective strength! Read the report here: bit.ly/43MtsA7

Thank you @quigley.house.gov! Illinois has 14,197 permanent supportive housing units that have ended homelessness for the people who live in them. 60% of these homes (8,543) rely on federal funding from the Continuum of Care Program that the is facing budget cuts and drastically bad policy changes.

The rules from the Department of Housing and Urban Development would allow major changes to public housing and Section 8 vouchers:

- full-time work requirements
- 2-year time limits
