Too bad the Lynx gave away Game 2 of their semifinal series with Phoenix, which likely deprived the #WNBA of the Aces-Lynx championship series that fans deserved. Las Vegas is a noble champion, but it would have been better if the Aces had faced a tougher final test.

I like the small lineup. But it’s a “few minutes at a time” thing as a change of pace, especially against a bigger team. There was always a bad matchup last night, and Hiedeman’s scoring wasn’t going to compensate.

Agree with you 100% on Reeve. It was the first step in getting players ready for Sunday’s survival game. “If I’m this pissed off, you better be too.” It was very intentional, F-bombs and all.

Aside from Collier and the StudBudz, Lynx shot 9/28 from the field. Smith and Shepard: 0 points, 2 rebounds in 20 minutes. McBride and Carleton 5/17 in 65 minutes. Outrebounded 37-29.

Phee got beat up in part because Phoenix wasn’t threatened by Lynx players who often make major contributions.
