Maybe! You can see there in the info box on the top right of the chart that he fell 6.2% from pre-results public ballots to final results last year, so you'd probably want to see him north of 81%.

Wild card: we have more first-time voters this year than usual, so there's more unpredictability.
Will jones get in this year if he has over 80 percent in public ballots

Finally got this added to the Tracker. 50 ballots by Christmas!
Ballot #50 is from Howard Sinker. He selects the current top 8. Utley is now +6 and Félix +13.

At 50 ballots, Beltrán and Andruw are at 80%, Utley 64%, Félix 58%, Pettitte 54%, A-Rod 50%, and Abreu and Manny 44%.
