I've decided to push the publication date of To the Sky to September 2026 so it can go through one more round of beta readers.

I'm currently on chapter 23 of 35 for applying the first round of beta notes. I'll be done by the end of the month.

My cover artist asked me for information on the flag of the pirate ship. I coincidentally just finished writing this scene~

Tessa giggled. “I see that.”
The new flag looked like a newer, fresher version of the one Tessa had just folded except a silver dagger stabbed through the center of the rose. It was intricate and she wanted to trace the seams with her fingers, but refrained. The cloth was thick enough to take a beating in the sky, but she still thought it might be too delicate to touch.
James hooked up the flag up to the flagstaff and ascended it toward the sky. It flapped in the wind, curling and uncurling. He stared up at it with a wide grin on his face. “Isn’t it perfect?”
Tessa looked up, too, and smiled. “It’s great,” she said.
