/2 Lemon will appear in Los Angeles, CDCA, on the charges out of DMN. To see how thorough the regime is going to beclown themselves watch for whether they demand detention of him the way they did for his codefendants. I assume Lemon will waive the requirements of FRCP 5 and agree to appear in MN.
