Every year, this country tells a story about "Thanksgiving" that leaves out the truth, the violence of colonization, the survival of Indigenous nations, and the struggle that continues today. The National Day of Mourning isn’t about guilt. It’s about clarity. It’s about honoring the people who have protected this land long before it was renamed, redrawn, and sold. Learning the original names of the places we live, listening to Indigenous voices, and understanding why land stewardship matters today helps us break through the myth and see the real history underneath.

Words cannot possibly do justice to describe how proud I am of this project. Everyone involved performed their hearts out, and this finale has some beautiful and heart wrenching scenes. I still think about this game, and I think I always will 💚
