The Victorian prison system is in in total disarray with the recommendations for those who have not been to trial and are locked up in a prison cell for 23 hours a day. Their guilt or innocence is not the issue. Human and legal rights are.

The first instance in this article had the policeman on trial and found guilty.
Who is going to call the mental health support? Does that person need police support?
Mental health experts should be called to those in custody.

The reason general practice bulk billing has become untenable is because government of every colour have utterly failed to update government payments to general practitioners. They deserve a better standard of living and charging patients is necessary.
