I totally agree! I was the union rep where I taught. Trying to explain to the young ones why they needed to join the union was a thankless task.
There was a total lunatic mother when I taught her son and if it hadn’t been for the union, I have no idea what I would’ve done .

Yes, indeed. The thing is, she is fairly newly trained and is in a major hospital as she graduated well.
She does not want to lose her position there .
What a shit hospital it is for the employees .
