You wouldn’t think it, but one of my more controversial opinions abt the recoms in avatar is that they’re not clones.

Kiri is a clone to the exact definition, but the recoms are something totally different. A new sleeve for an old mind.

We’re crushed to hear the news that the great Udo Kier has passed at the age of 81. As iconic as he was prolific, Kier’s contributions to the genre span nearly 300 screen credits, from BLOOD FOR DRACULA to BACURAU and beyond. Our condolences go out to his friends, family and legions of fans.

I'll have to do another #ArtvsArtist in late December, but for now, here are the last four years. December 2022 radically changed my mental landscape to allow a condo for Big, Mean, and Blue to move in. Excited to finally feel back on track, and to keep pushing myself further.

Watching the Avatar: Fire & Water documentary with friends, and my god..

There's just something so awe inspiring about the creative process, teams and all the work involved. My jaw dropped at all that went into the tank.

There's just this really special feeling, almost like a glow.
