Eintracht Frankfurt needs a better midfield and defence.

Their defense is tragic, and their midfield doesn't defend well.

Somehow their defense is
worse than the atrocities we have been subjected to as Liverpool fans in the past few weeks.

Sadly, he was quiet through no fault of his own. We gave him nothing to work with.

Jones, Wirtz, and many more players were invisible in the 1st half, too.

Our attack was not brilliant besides the goal by Ekitike. Which was basically a pass from robbo to Ekitike who did everything else himself.

I feel bad for Isak. We dont have anyone clearing creating chances nor do we give him anything to work with. If we actually kmew what we were doing he would be lethal in attack.

I choose to think it's more on Frankfurt's tragic defending, until we can replicate those glimpses of attacking connections against teams that can defend decently.

I agree he changes the team so much it strips the team of confidence, and they don't have the chance to build actual connections.

Just looked at the game so far, and there are no actual connections again between midfield and attack or between attackers.

Not the best football, Frankfurt have been formidable in attack, our defending has been tragic.

Positives: we have two set piece goals, a good counter attack goal. Which hopefully helps us play with more confidence.

So much to play for in the second half.

The issue we have to solve is conceding before anything. Clean sheets help us guarantee points.
