Absolutely fucking piss poor. Slot needs to find a system that works to get the best outta the players. We struggle to do the basics it feels like. I know it’ll take time to get the players to gel and settle but it can’t be that bad surely..? It’s like we have no idea how to balance this team.

Only one breaking lines with passes is Wirtz, who’s also running from side to side in space to receive the ball, with nobody willing to play the pass to him. Again.

Signing Alexander Isak is doable (bare in mind potential outgoings), and our interest is 100% there, or major journalists would have shut it down by now - I believe it’s just about evaluating whether it’ll be worth the outlay, and if Toon allows negotiation.
