And while many characters who don't come from Vega have flashbacks that portray their homeplanet, planet Zuul is never shown in the whole series. However there are some flashbacks of when Fritz was a child and those are very cute.

Nothing is known about Zuulian culture aside from their unique clothing culture, both Fritz and his father wear dresses that reach about half thigh level and knee-high boots; no other male character in the whole series is portrayed wearing a skirt.
They both also cover their head all the time.

He is from Zuul! Zuul is part of Vega's empire as an ally. People from there are very integrated into Vega's society, allowing Zuulians to cover important roles in both the military and in politics. Fritz is a commander in the military and he's very skilled when it comes to piloting a mecha.

Casually saying "I could sue you for defamation over this" is a very italian thing to do so I think there's a real chance that this only exists in the italian dub.
It feels too real to be something from the original japanese version.
