absolutely 💯. Unless it's changed recently, the ROE for protests is to never aim for the face because non lethal rounds can easily become lethal. They know this. I hope he gets justice.

Just a small correction- thats not a tank, but a bearcat. Fun fact, police cannot hit the back of civilians heads with batons while they are clearly complying while leaving the area unarmed and not posing a threat. That is excessive force. They were leaving as requested. Excessive force should be addressed and actions taken to be better.
