First Parkrun "Pacer" week at Nova Prestatyn, and I was aiming for a sub-29 minute 5km time so tried to keep the chap with 28 on his back in my sights... official time 28:57, fastest 5km in 15 years, and fastest ever age-graded run at 50.55%, so well chuffed with that!

DHL (Drop,Hide,Lose) supposed to deliver a parcel last Weds. Tracked as delivered & signed, but they hadn't been. Complained. Nothing back. 10 days & multiple complaints later, vendor shipped again by ParcelForce yesterday. DHL delivered this morning in the only hour I've out of the house all week.
