1) Exercise (walk, run, keep moving!).

2) Diet. Don't eat like Trump--or, like him, you'll get dementia!

3) Control blood pressure & Cholesterol.

I'll be surprised if he makes it 8 months, functioning enough that the staff, & his handlers can continue to cover for him as they are.

IMO, Thiel is behind the refusal to reopen. VP Vance is his trainee as POTUS, has been, & he's getting impatient. If he has his way, 3 months will be a stretch.

Correction: It's a disc of Leverage - which we just watched Season 3 of. Yeah, we are night owls, both of us. I was warned that working late outs (11 pm to 7 am) while carrying her would turn her into a night owl, and they were right.

Agreed, but at this time, he has full-blown craziness as well as dementia.

We are in deep shit, and no one seems to be able to find the way out of the maze - neither Dems or Repugs.
