No one, really. Electoralism has never actually accomplished much of anything. It was the marches and the riots, and a little bit of support from a uniquely progressive Supreme Court, that ended segregation more than anything else.

It’s amazing how the voice of an author can really come through in a story. I’ll read some real fucked up evil protagonist shit and have a great time because everyone involved clearly knows that this isn’t how real people actually do or should act, but then the next day I read the story of Goodguy…
