Finally got the CPAP up & running again. Used it for the first time in ages, night before last.
I can't say I got any more sleep than I usually do (which, broadly, is "not enough"). But it seems the quality of sleep was way better, since I had enough energy to get up & do some yard work.

It's all from when I was in the SCA. I've already reached out to two local baronies with no luck: one hasn't replied at all, the other referred me to the one who didn't reply.

An #ADHD tip that has saved my bacon more than once: if you put together a thing for your house (like furniture, brackets, curtain rods, that sort of thing), & you end up with a) extra parts &/or b) tools that came with it (like the ubiquitous Ikea Allen wrench), DO NOT SEPARATE THEM.

Lysol is basically like Axe body spray for your house.
Been spraying down the outside of our couch cushions & holy shit, this stuff does not smell like I remember it did when I was a kid.
