More importantly, "in the last 24 hours, how much coffee have you had?"

She wonders, as she thinks it's about cup #6.

It has come to my attention that a funny hospital story I tell people at parties is actually called a TRAUMATIC EVENT™

I'm operating on this weird cycle where I have to ask myself, "in the last 24 hours, what have you eaten?" and other important questions, like:
"In the last 24 hours, have you taken your medication?"
"In the last 24 hours, how many of those hours were awake? Asleep? WHAT DAY IS IT?"
I'm pretty convinced of the fact that, left to its own devices, my body has no concept whatsoever of a circadian rhythm anymore. #SleepDisorder

Did you know? If you make significant changes to the font in your app (for #accessibility reasons, of course!), you probably should take all new screenshots for your social media. 💙

Make sure web pages appear and operate in predictable ways. Things like the header, navigation, and footer should be the same on each page. Navigation links should be the same on every page and always in the same order. Things should be labeled consistently.

It's 2am and I'm fired up! Lots of ideas. You'll see all of them very soon! #SleepDisorder #WhatTimeIsIt
At least I can be productive during crazy hours. Is it daylight yet? I just need my naps. I'll get back to you in a couple hours. 💤
Why does this keep happening to me?

For screen readers to recognize headings, heading text can't just be body text or normal text that's been made to look bigger and bolder. It must be formatted as a heading. In Microsoft Word and Google Docs, this can be done in the styles box. In HTML, use the tags h1 through h6.

Where are my other sleep disorder people awake at 3am on a Saturday and working on everything? Are you here?

This is how I end up with 5 browser windows of 20 tabs each...
Idk what it’s called but there’s this thing my brain does where if I suddenly have the motivation to do something I need to do it RIGHT THIS VERY SECOND or the wave of motivation is gone for… days 😂

Alt text should be as long as it needs to be in order to effectively describe the content. In some cases, this will be a few phrases. In other cases, it will take a few more sentences. Aim to be as efficient as possible without leaving out key details.
