As everyone now celebrates the end of the ICE "Surge" into Minnesota,, I'm still chilled by Tom Homan saying to the public that the "mission was a success". Really? So many unconstitutional arrests a success? So to me, Surge tactic might still be used elsewhere, with same outcome.

IMO Trump not a creator but a destroyer. EG realize how much he is hurting just our farmers with his thoughtless policies and lack of real solutions: cutting off sources of cheap labor, cutting off climate data needed to plan harvests, cutting off foreign markets, tariff-based inflation. Betrayed

CNN yesterday: According to polls, Americans approve of Canada way more than Trump. And tho Canadians have dropped US tourism by 25%, American travel to Canada pretty much the same. So, I pray that Supreme Court drops tariffs and "We the People" can get back to some sanity despite damage done.

Re jobs report. NOTE: our farmers are in crisis. They need more help than the crumbs Trump has offered them. These tariffs are killing them. I come from a farming family. You have no idea the heartbreak it is to loose your farm. And farmers FEED US!! Supreme Court better step up and open markets!

Regarding the glowing jobs report, sorry to be a cynic. Isn't the timing a little too convenient? Our Prez right now is in great need that our economy appear on the rise, re 2026 elections. & he controls the stats. And what jobs? Flipping burgers? Working 3 "new jobs" but still no living wage?

Just heard on NPR Levitt gleefully reporting that Trump is going to cancel the regulation requiring our government to monitor U.S. CO2 (& probably methane). She actually bragged that his move is the "biggest act of deregulation in the history of the U.S." I wonder how much he made for that favor

Nothing has demonstrated pro-white racist cancel-culture than current threats of reprisal against Bad Bunny's half-time show. IMO his performance was a statement in celebration of diversity, pride, and unity. But quite a few GOPs seem to favor censorship over their TV OFF button. Leave me alone!!

Feeding on my balcony for years, different songbirds from finches and sparrows to blue birds and cardinals. They come to my call each mornng, having together formed a diverse flock who know each other, feed together. Teach their babies to accept us. They argue, but always work things out. & survive

With Trump still winning the locked attention of mass media, to his satisfaction no doubt, seems to me that we are not just fighting for our Democracy. Rather, we're in a Cultural war fighting for Truth, Decency and human Kindness upon which "the American Dream" relies. And that ain't today's GOP
