After a year of grinding and playing in 11 different major Pokémon Showdown random battles tournaments, I qualified for Circuit playoffs! This puts me in the top 32 randbats players in the world... having this graphic made feels so good after missing out last year :)

I am biased of course, but I think if you're involved at all in competitive splatoon and you still haven't checked out cca yet you're doing yourself an actual disservice. this org is truly one of a kind and i feel like so many people look past it just bc they themselves aren't college students

I couldn’t be any prouder of this USF Green group. This result was not due to initial underseeding, it was all hard work. They averaged twice a week scrims all semester (vs some d2 teams too) and worked like mad to improve. They couldn’t deserve USFs first division title any more 🥹

Huge W for schools as Nintendo is committed to help cover NSO and game costs.
Licensed K-12 tournaments already exist via PlayVS and smaller state-level orgs.
Will monitor how it affects K-12 esports, but schools win big which is most important.

Nintendo of America announced they are partnering with the Interstate Scholastic Esports Alliance (ISEA).
Starting this fall, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Splatoon 3 will be used for school-organized tournaments and events for grades 4-12.
