These numbers are insane. A class of 23 first graders of whom 4 require additional supports is considered low complexity in Alberta. It takes 11 kids needing additional support in one class to be considered highly complex and qualify for any sort of support by the new complexity teams. Ridiculous!

Does the high support for Pollievre mean that the CPC no longer aims to win an election? I don’t think Canadians will forget his Trump-like qualities no matter how many times the party tries to reinvent him.

The vet said yesterday that my dog is 200 grams (about 7 ounces) above his ideal weight. Although he’s a good Canadian boy, I’m thinking we may both benefit from that $3 meal. Has anyone figured out what that one more thing is meant to be?

AB teachers have been invited to a telephone town hall with Smith and Nicolaides next week. They now have 90 minutes to hear about class size and complexity. Time they couldn’t find during over a year of negotiations, 16 school days of strike, or when 30 000 of us brought our message to the Leg. 😡

November 11 always reminds me of my grandparents. My Grandpa served with the RAF, and my Grandma took on roles not usually open to young women in Canada at the time. Their stories continue to shape me.
