🚨 Our new analysis reveals that Lloyd's is bucking the insurance market trend by persisting in growing its fossil fuel business.
Its fossil fuel premiums continue to grow at a rate of +2.4% per year vs. -2.8% for the rest of the global insurance market.

While the insurance industry tries to manage exploding costs from increasingly frequent extreme weather events, they once again overlook the elephant in the room.

LNG expansion is affecting local economies. Because of dredging for an LNG operation, shrimpers in SW Louisiana haven’t caught anything this season.

This is part of a pattern of destruction, enabled by insurers like Sompo and Tokio Marine.
