The blanket… I’ve never ever been interested in a Taylor blanket and tbh I don’t like the piano flower aesthetic most of the time BUT the blanket looks tasteful and matches the duvet set I bought a few months ago!

Online helped me feel so valued that what I was experiencing in the relationship didn’t match what I was experiencing more & more online. The dynamic with Gaylor’s online is obviously not comparable to a romantic relationship, but I’m just seeing a pattern here between the two of us & it’s got me 🤔

Also interesting that it happens to people who are giving so much of ourselves in the Gaylor spaces online & I don’t know if you relate, but I think my ex struggled with feeling completely excited & happy for me when I was finding “success” & community on TikTok. But also the community I found

Processing the shame & self-anger at sticking around for so long tbh. There were so many warning signs there. Also the heartbreak that even in my first queer relationship I still managed to find a toxic-masculine/manchild just w a different gender… All this to say, fuck him & look after yourself 💕

Again so they could date her. Even though the whole pitch they gave to me about seeing her again was “seeing if they could be just friends with someone they’d had feelings for before”. Then I also found sexting messages between the two of them. And I still stayed for another 2 years 😬 still

When my ex & I went back to monogamy, after a dumpster fire of trying to NM, they wanted to meet up with the person they’d been dating when NM as “just a friend” then later admitted in couples therapy they were just waiting for me to be fine with NM
