Liberation Day 2.0 is going to be electric!
Fun to see the Saylor $MSTR ponzi collapsing in real time. Bitcoin down to $70k under his breakeven is where things get really fun.

I agree with most, disagree with some. Easy take is if you make $130k it should be a lot easier to thrive in 2025, not just tread water.

Executives should be first to be downsized and replaced by AI.
A study by Dayforce shows 87% of executives use AI for work, compared to 57% of managers and just 27% of employees.

I think this explains the massive disconnect we see in how CEOs talk about AI versus everyone else. It also raises the question of how useful it truly is for frontline work?
Execs are embracing AI more than their employees are, new research suggests
Research from HR software company Dayforce suggests that executives are leaning into AI far more than their employees.

The labor market is easy to explain: 10,000 boomers retire every day. Their positions are not being backfilled by Zoomers. Productivity amongst young Xers and Millennials is exploding to fill the gap and being left alone to actually get work done.

Very less baggy.
I would be careful with ultra bearish takes as there is a lot of confusion between awful sentiment into pretty good Q3 earnings results + Fed Rate cutting cycle + $400B mega cap opex + TGA liquidity firehose.

I might be very baggy this morning.

I am curious how many problems could be solved by GenX and Millennials stopping enabling bad Boomer behavior and just saying no to everything.

Nvidia ripping green is now the new funniest scenario after all the bears came out.

Ruben Gallego seems to be on the right track. Big late GenX / Early Millennial energy.

Dude just calls a spade a spade. Refreshing.

Lots of interesting takes on this article. My wife and I do well, but its impossible to ignore the invisible costs just keep rising. Even though we are making more money yoyoyoy our excess savings isn't moving up and other than adding childcare $$$ our expenses have not changed materially.
Mike Green is writing some amazing stuff at the moment. It's not in the delta, it's in the level and the cost structure. Read this and you will understand Angrynomics on a new level: www.yesigiveafig.com/p/part-1-my-...

I did a quick search of Tesla "AI Related" patent filings. They do exist. The problem is they are old & or many came from their Deepscale acquisition.

Perplexity has a pretty cool new patent tool in beta that helped. The Gemini results are pretty awesome:
