Yes, even in pain, I committed to continue. It has helped me many times in the past and I won't let the rawness discourage me. I am going to try find ways to self care after. I haven't done that yet but it is so necessary 💕

Therapy is not easy if you are really working towards healing. Every session, I can literally feel good to empty the pain for that time but it also sets me right back into the rawness of it all. It takes so much effort to not let that discourage me when I want to heal. And I know the benefits🪶💔
