So epic! I don’t understand why it didn’t get an oversized HC instead of just a Trade.
Watching a bad movie can be so discouraging while watching a great movie like Sinners is so inspiring. Makes me want to role up my sleeves and get back to work. Always forward. #moviemaking #makeart
And hope you have the same.
When: Next Tuesday April 1st at 6pm.
What: A bunch of talented folks reading a bunch of short film scripts two of which (The Surprise and Best Man’s Toast) were written by me.
Where: @ Co in Jersey City.
How Much: Absolutely Free!
Fun to be had: A lot. See you there. #jerseycity #indiefilm
They said the wait won’t be as long but we’ll see.
Both. Probably about 90% digital at this point. Physical comics are mostly those that are special oversized formats. I get too many comics to only get physical. I’d be buried alive. But if I like a digital series enough I almost always buy it in trade or Hard Cover.
In 2019 we filmed a trailer for one of my scripts Monster Mash. It’s a cross between Monster Squad and the Hangover. Haven’t been able to film it yet but Check out the trailer here. #horrorcomedy

No writer is a failure until they are dead. Full stop. A career in writing is built over decades. It's built like a house, brick by brick, book by book. Not published yet? Emphasis on YET. Book not selling? It's not selling YET. You're only done when you quit.

And I don't think you're ready to quit
Good advice to any writers out there.
Writer's block is usually one of two things:

1) You haven't figured out what to write. If this, step away. Go to a quiet place & think. 90% of writing happens away from your desk.

2) Fear what you write will suck. If this, accept that it will & remember no one gets to see it until it's finished.
