Ok now I'm left with more questions than answers. I knew it was a simple short film but why two versions? Why a version with invisible Pikmin and one without?

I get they're supposed to be invisible to humans but to me it came off as them trying to fix an oversight with the original upload... why???

People are saying Close to You is a teaser for smth Pikmin related and that the og upload where they were invisible was intentional and I really don’t think that’s the case

I just think it was a cute lil short film they wanted to make, and also I’m fairly certain they messed up the first export lol

i'd say that's an absolute god damn stretch because why on earth would they reupload the same video within a day and why would one red pikmin be hidden in the bg of the og upload meanwhile the rest are invisible. you are grasping at straws, my guy.
