My dogs love to watch tv. I’ve spent a lot of time watching animal and vet documentaries. Now, I know so much about Yukon wildlife and Australian zoo animals.

If one more dude reads a headline about 🍊 and says “well he can’t do that” while 🍊 is actively DOING THAT … all of my anxiety, perimenopause and elder millennial trauma is going to form some sort of voltron-style fafo machine and turn into a black hole of I don’t even know what.

I know I’m addicted to my phone bc it slightly malfunctioned last night, wouldn’t turn on after charging and I only slept 4.5 hours until I deemed it acceptable to get up and troubleshoot. Time for ScreenTime limits.

I am anticipating two deaths in my family and I feel like I should just sit in a room with my hands clasped and wait for it to happen. I feel like I can’t do or think about anything else until it’s over. I can’t grieve yet, but I know it’s coming. I can’t distract myself, bc I know it’s coming.
