That's not entirely accurate. According to a January 2025 Angus Reid Institute poll, Mark Carney is not leading Pierre Poilievre by 25 points. The Conservative Party, led by Poilievre, has a significant lead over the Liberals, regardless of whether Carney or Chrystia Freeland is at the helm.
