I managed to end it on a good note but 2025 was really up there for worst year of my life. Just need to figure out how to pick things up and move on.

Maybe this. I used to be viciously negative towards myself when I felt anything I drew fell short. (Which was almost everything.) I’m trying to work on it though.

The past few days my tinnitus has been on and off and completely inaudible sometimes, compared to much of my life where it was just there ALL THE TIME. I'm just not sure what I'm doing that's causing it to get better, I just want to do more of it.
