Black Cat!
He can shift into any character he sees but cannot change his fur color or eye/pupils shape, but can grow a mouth or change eye color.
Can use his own body to make new appendages or other items and such, like clothes or an extra arm.
These can be detached without harming him.

Been trying to come up with a good backstory for Black Cat for a while now, which is also tied with a lot of my other OCs stories- that being that they exist in a lab.

I know the quality is ass, but I kinda sorta maybe potentially might have accidentally, and totally by mistake, made the pixel width and height too big to download and had to screenshot instead.
