It’s not that the 9th Cir is off the wall. It’s that two Trump appointed judges on the 9th Cir decided they want to be on his short list for S.Ct. I’d be very surprised if the court did not take this up en banc and vacate the ruling asap.

You also need to note that it was two Trump appointed judges that ruled for the majority, and that the dissenting judge called them out, and asked for immediate en banc review to vacate the ruling.

I stand by my comment. I did not say the Dems can impeach him. I said that they need to continually call for impeachment. They need to shout daily about the Epstein files, the spinelessness of their GOP colleagues, the SCt, etc., etc. AOC, Bernie, Newsom, Pritzker et al get it. Schumer and Jeffries?

He’s simply a sick, sad human being. Between the fireworks, and “I hate my enemies,” a mentally ill person. Even at another’s memorial he needs to make it about him. In normal times, he would have been impeached 40 times over. The GOP of 1974 would have disposed of him long ago.

And of course no reporter in the room responds with “that’s not true.” The American media is largely responsible for where we are today, giving Trump both a platform, and allowing him free rein as it utterly fails to do its job.
