I'm pleased to share that I'm now a Co-Chair of the Cochrane Patient and Public Involvement Network Executive.

Cochrane will no longer use the term ‘consumer’ to represent patients and the public.

I guess I mean some of the issues you're talking about would be caused by people who are buying things who are not aware of what is happening - how can we, as a species, do better sharing this kind of data? I'm probably a bit more articulate here about this:
