Tout à fait. Par contre, agresser militairement un état souverain, lui mener une guerre meurtrière en multipliant les frappes sur ses infrastructures civiles et qui plus est lui nier son droit à l’existence, ça n’est pas conforme au droit international. Il faut en payer le prix.
