The folks who feed art from artists they like into AI share a wrung in hell with men who never was their ass crack.
I just blocked a person because he was turning my latest drawings into AI and sharing them via mentioning me like I would love it.
I am angry.
Please unfollow me if you do that kind of stuff.

As we exit the #thanksgiving holiday it is once again time for me to share the hand-turkey.
People at work asked for a hand-turkey for #Thanksgiving decorations. I understood the #art assignment.

Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead is probably the only play I ever quote in daily life. It alone would be a good enough work to retire on, but Stoppard decided to write a whole mess of excellent things. 88's a good run. Beat the average at least. And what a body of work. Here's to ya, Tom.

Alt: Rosencrantz waxs poetic about the nature of death, and how we imagine it: "Not that I'd like to sleep in a box, mind you. Not without any air. You'd wake up dead for a start, and then where would you be? In a box. That's the bit I don't like frankly."

Only real ones know what they say of the Acropolis where the Parthenon is.

Today I ate a huge meal, watched Over the Garden Wall, and took a nap in the middle of the day with a cat curled up next to me. We should all be so lucky.

Dude got downright exasperated at me tonight at the gas station when I was picking up snacks for tomorrow. He was really *really* wanting me to input a phone number at the cash register for a discount and I didn't think the dollar savings was worth being in another database.

If anyone *could* do it... if it were even *possible*...
I think I got an idea for how to fix the Mr Roboto storyline.

Why anyone would want to do this is a mystery.

New rule, nothing is a Christmas movie. Ever. Even if it's explicitly about Christmas. Even if it has Christmas in the title. Even if the entire plot is about saving Christmas and the only characters are elves and reindeer.

Those are now 4th of July movies, because nothing means anything anymore.

one of the coolest things about ChatGPT is how you can actually just never use it. you can fill your whole entire life with simply not once using it. it's incredible.

Just be yourself, as though you have any choice in the matter.
I think most artists hit a point where they’re like, well if I can’t be the best artist, I shall be the most ME artist.

A thought coming from nowhere, but if you tell me I've got to wait until season 2, movie sequel 3, hour 20, or volume 5 of a show, movie, game, or comic to "get good" then you're actually better off just telling me to start there. I'd rather start in media res and figure it out.

Late to the party, but watched Mutant Mayhem and it was pretty great. I like how actively it treated the Turtles as actual teenagers. Good takes on April and all the various elements of the lore. Fun times.

“THE NON-ARTIST FIXATION ON HYPERREALISM AS THE PINNACLE OF ART IS CLEARLY PART OF THE REASON SO MANY ADULTS THINK THEY CANNOT DRAW OR CONSIDER THEMSELVES TO BE FAILURES, KAWAII, FOLK ART, DOODLES, OR OTHER EASIER ENTRY POINTS ARE CONSIDERED CHILDISH, WHICH IS WHY JAPANESE DRAWING BOOKS ARE BETTER…”
