Well, I had my first major surgery, and it went very well. First pic is the last one of that version of me before the op. I am recovering day 4 post-op, and all I can eat is very time things, smoothies, or very soft food. I tried to eat my bowl of noods down 1 by 1, but gave up. Back to smoothies!

I have never used protein powder before. Does anyone have recommendations? This is for making liquid diet shakes/smoothies after a surgery. Not for working out or anything like that. Thanks in advance!

This is an FYI to any transgender USPS/Federal workers who will be affected by the removal of GAC from their benefits: District Plastic Surgery in DC has made a commitment to fit as many folks affected by this as possible prior to the change. If you are affected by this, please give them a call.

We need to create a Constitutional amendment to make federal extortion, which is the only tool that this administration actually has in its belt to accomplish any of its goals, treasonous. EO's are not law, but have the same effect when you threaten every institution and State for not following them
