Wouldn't it be far better for the community to have 28 plus 8 acres be farmland rather than another neighborhood of McMansions or, worse, a shopping mall or industrial park?

I, too, am a subscriber of Garrett M. Graff's Doomsday Scenario newsletter. I want to read every book on his list! Can't decide where to start. (I "discovered" the commentary of this brilliant man after reading the gripping oral history of D-Day he compiled: "When the Sea Came Alive."
