Mike Johnson is a liar. Undocumented migrants have NEVER been eligible for Medicaid and Medicare. There is an exception for emergency services. The big ugly bill compromised the ability of eligible pregnant women & children to receive Medicaid. Fraud usually committed by providers, not recipients.

Thank you. Kevin's message of nonviolent protest is a reminder of those of Gandhi and MLK. I am so disturbed by the brutal effect of Trump's illegal weaponization of the military, ICE, and the Department of Justice. And then there is his and others constant stream of lies...

Unbelievable. What evidence was presented to justify the presence of the military in Chicago? The courts should be the bulwark. What happened?Ironically, I just posted a horrific video from Senator Schiff showing an ICE raid on an apartment building in Chicago. The abuses keep piling up.

The hearing was successful. The judge issued a second TRO clarifying her first. Because conditions in Oregon haven't changed she blocked all efforts by Trump to send in federalized National Guard troops from California and every other state. The judge was not happy. At all.

Trump tried to end-run a federal judge's ruling blocking the deployment of the Oregon National Guard by sending the *California* National Guard to Portland.

A hearing will begin imminently for a judge to decide whether to block him again.

Performative egotistical speech. Another bullshit lie: he warned them(?) in 2000 to watch out for Osama bin Laden but they(?) didn't listen to him. Then a year later 9/11 happened. Not exaggerating. OMG, he just ended his speech and is leaving to the song YMCA. Yeah, so patriotic.

There is absolutely no basis for it. Yesterday an Oregon Federal judge placed a temporary restraining order blocking federal troop deployment.
