You need close to that in the larger cities of Toronto and Vancouver. I’m in Timmins. Pop 44k. Nice homes $500k Canadian. Stay away from central part of town. Lots of other cities offer great prices

I had this happen back in June. They were using BMO’s phone number which is the only reason I talked to them. They knew the last four digits of my credit card. 💳 they didn’t know I had recently replaced it. So it wasn’t valid. Or that I could see all transactions for myself through the BMO app
