American families deserve better than this.

There are lots of other adjectives that also apply:

Islamophobic
Xenophobic
Racist
Anti-American
Fascist
Hateful
Ignorant
Dumb
Despicable
Grotesque
Noxious
Obnoxious
Pathetic
Useless
Fear-mongering
Violence-inciting

But for today, I’m just gonna go with ridiculous.

The Trump regime granted the suspected shooter asylum earlier this year.

Now they are taking his alleged crime out on all Afghan nationals seeking entrance to the US.

Another ban. Another excuse for violence and deportation.
It didn’t even take 6 hours.

This sure seems like a deliberate choice to dare Boasberg into trying to do something against Noem, which they expect would get slapped down.
"insofar as the Court has inquired into the identities of the decisionmaking officials for purposes of making a potential criminal referral, the actions were taken by DHS (through Secretary Noem) after being formally advised about compliance with this Court’s order" by both DHS and DOJ counsel.

BIG COURT WIN that didn’t get a lot of attention last week: A federal court rejected Trump’s attempt to bring back a defamation lawsuit against CNN as “meritless.”

The supposed defamation? Correcting Trump’s false claim that the 2020 election was stolen.

Donald Trump is not a king. Yet, when Donald Trump tried to dismantle government agencies created by Congress to reduce homelessness, support small businesses, resolve labor disputes, he did exactly that.

I will always protect the important work these agencies do. and uphold the rule of law.
