Congressional Democrats ought to be setting themselves on figurative fire every single day to unmask these sadistic, cowardly, criminal goons. Masked law enforcement is, with perhaps a very few narrow exceptions, un-American.
NC Gov. Josh Stein accused Border Patrol agents of “targeting American citizens based on their skin color, racially profiling and picking up random people in parking lots and off of our sidewalks” during ongoing Charlotte operation. (Via Desiree Mathurin) www.newsobserver.com/e-edition/li... #ncpol

Gotham FC is the only team to reach the semifinals of the NWSL Playoffs in each of the last three seasons.

The quarterfinal victory at Kansas City on Sunday was Gotham’s third road playoff win, the most of any team in NWSL history.

Regardless of their past support for him, any elected Republicans at any level who repudiate the corrupt, deranged & fascist Trump & try to pull the party back toward decency, non-violence & the rule of law will be heroes in history.
Rand Paul, Thomas Massie & Marjorie Taylor Greene are the vanguard of elected Republicans distancing themselves from Trump. Before too long, the stampede of all the non-stupid will be on. That, of course, will still leave a great many behind.

As impressive as Louisville’s guards were last night, big man Sanada Fru played a very nice game on the inside for the Cards. On the UK radio call, Tom Leach & Jack Givens praised Fru for his solid stat line & his presence that repeatedly frustrated Kentucky around the basket.

Yep:
I wrote about the "Appeasement Eight" Senate Democrats getting the party to fold to Trump in the government shutdown, and why it shows that pro-democracy Americans badly need a real opposition party, full of leaders who recognize the United States isn't a normal rule of law democracy anymore.
